Biography
Lyndsey has spent her career focused on insurance defense and general liability defense. She is attentive and advocates for the best interests of her clients throughout all stages of litigation. Lyndsey consistently achieves excellent outcomes for her clients through a strategic and professional approach, and routinely advises clients on best practices and procedures that ought to be employed in the workplace in an effort to mitigate future exposure for workers’ compensation claims.
Born and raised in the St. Louis area, Lyndsey received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. She was a consultant in Washington D.C., before moving to Omaha to attend Creighton University School of Law. Though Lyndsey is licensed to practice law in Nebraska, Iowa, and Missouri, she has given numerous presentations to employers and insurers in the surrounding areas. Lyndsey is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, the Omaha Bar Association and the Iowa State Bar Association.
Lyndsey is actively involved in the Alliance of Women in Workers’ Compensation and serves as the ambassador for the Nebraska chapter. Lyndsey and her husband Kyle have three children. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her kids and family.
