Biography

Joe has worked in the insurance industry over 20 years and held various roles in Claims Leadership and HR. In his current role as Vice President, Property Claims at Sompo International, he is responsible for managing a team of Property claim professionals and ensuring quality customer service and effective claim resolution. He also serves as an adjunct professor, teaching courses in the areas of HumanResource Management and Corporate Social Responsibility. Joe has a Master of Human Resource Management degree from the University of North Florida and has attained multiple industry designations including CPCU, CLU, SCLA, FLMI, RPLU, and ChSNC.
