Biography
Katy Schraven, a member of The Hanover Insurance Group Subrogation Department, manages recovery opportunities for Hanover Marine and Hanover Specialty Insurance subsidiaries. Katy’s caseload includes builder’s risk construction, cargo, contract equipment and energy sector matters. Katy serves as the department technical lead wherein she provides peers and internal customers with guidance and training on legal principals, forensic investigation methodology and litigation management topics. Katy received a Bachelor of Science from Boston College. Katy has the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriting CPCU, Certified Subrogation Recovery Professional CSRP, Senior Claims Law Associate SCLA and Associate in Claims AIC-M designations.
