Greg Stafford

Biography

Mr. Stafford is a licensed Adjuster with an expertise in multi-line claim adjusting, estimating and construction project management. He brings over twenty-six years of real-world claims, estimating, project management, and construction experience to Guardian Group Incorporated’s professional staff of consultants. Experience includes first-party property and third-party liability claims including CGL/construction defect claims, premise liability claims, public entity claims and auto claims. Mr. Stafford is a seasoned negotiator and has provided evidence on numerous complex construction cases including mediation, deposition and trial testimony. Mr. Stafford offers expert services in cases involving both residential and commercial buildings. Including Owner-Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP), ContractorControlled Insurance Program (CCIP) and Subcontractor Default Insurance (SDI) policies. He is also certified by the California Earthquake Authority to adjust earthquake claims. Adjusted claims in excess of $50 million aggregate exposure. Experienced with Xactimate software and capable of producing and evaluating repair cost estimates. Mr. Stafford performs all aspects of construction defect litigation support including analysis of claims, field inspection and documentation of defects, document review, cost estimating, financial analysis and allocation of responsibility for developer and individual subcontractor clients.
