Biography
Martá Brown is Assistant General Counsel for BMC Stock Holdings, Inc., one of the nation’s leading providers of diversified building products and services to professional builders and contractors in the residential housing market. Martá manages litigation nationwide for BMC and advises the company on contractual disputes and internal investigations. He earned undergraduate degrees in Economics and Political Science from North Carolina State University and his JD from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Martá is a member of the Board of Directors for the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys.
