Biography
Shelby Beshara is the General Counsel of Employee Solutions, a Texas-based staffing firm which employs over 2,000 employees throughout Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. At Employee Solutions, Shelby manages litigation and investigations. She also oversees the company’s HR functions and the risk management department. Prior to joining Employee Solutions in 2013, she practiced at a large firm in Monterrey and Mexico City before opening a solo practice in Dallas specializing in bankruptcy, contracts, and other business-related matters. Shelby is a Certified Staffing Professional through the American Staffing Association (ASA) and serves on the ASA Legal and Legislative Committee.
Shelby earned her B.A. and J.D. from the University of Oklahoma. She also studied international law at Oxford University and obtained a Certificate of International Legal Studies from El Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey in Monterrey, Mexico.
