Biography

As head of Enterprise Education Strategy at The Institutes, Riegl focuses on launching new enterprise education initiatives and growing current initiatives across 15+ business units. Recognizing that growth is tied to creative thinking, she leads the internal Innovation and Transformation Team. She oversees The Institutes’ Enterprise Education department.

Riegl joined The Institutes in 2017 as vice president of Business Operations where she worked cross-functionally across the enterprise to ensure alignment with strategic initiatives and metrics. She managed many of The Institutes’ nontraditional product offerings and worked to integrate affiliations, acquisitions, and alliances into the organization. In 2020, Riegl became president of the Agent & Broker Group where she championed, developed, implemented, and communicated the strategic direction of the Group to the team and customers. With a focus on building relationships, she was the primary liaison with the Insurance Broker Advisory Board. She also oversaw The Institutes’ Compliance (CEU) department.

Before joining The Institutes, Riegl acquired and sharpened her expertise in management, operations, marketing, and project management through increasingly challenging positions with Progressive Business Publications (PBP), Environex, and The Center for Professional Education. While with PBP, she launched and led the online executive education division.

Riegl earned a bachelor’s degree in art history from Franklin & Marshall College. She is a member (alternate) of the National Invest Program board, president of the board of the Wharton Esherick Museum, and past president of the national alumni association, past chair and founding member of the Council for Women, and past member of the board of trustees at Franklin & Marshall College.
