Barry Schwartz, Esq., CEDS is Senior Vice President of Advisory Services at BIA. Barry has over 35 years of legal and consulting management experience, including practical expertise with FDA matters, and extensive knowledge of the medical device and industrial industries. As a client-facing Senior Advisor, he adds a critical component to client projects by guiding them at a high level to achieve specific project goals, assisting clients in a wide variety of areas, including data retention and management, regulatory compliance, and cybersecurity. Barry is also in high demand as an educator, presenting dozens of CLEs yearly at firms across the country.
