Jamie Solomon

Biography

Jamie is an experienced innovator and has over 40 years of experience implementing the “art of the possible” to deliver business value. He is based in Boston. Jamie brings extensive industry and  strategic consulting experience, having held leadership roles with State Street, Booz & Co. and, most recently, with Accenture, where he led the vision and strategy for new and innovation solutions across investment banking, insurance, asset management, wealth management, and asset servicing business. He has consistently leveraged cutting edge technology to drive transformation, both within individual companies and at an industry level, and has led several global financial services through transformation journeys, both as an internal executive and as an external trusted advisor.  Jamie also led the creation of two financial services consortia (EquiLend and Clarient) that fundamentally changed the way the industry works. He has been working with distributed ledger technology (blockchain) for four years, and is currently involved at Accenture Strategy in bringing two different, large-scale solutions into production in the financial services sector.
Jamie and his wife Angelina, a high-end fashion designer whose clothing line is carried at major retailers across North America and whose clients include a number of celebrities, have three absolutely adorable kids (all with four furry feet); one Siberian Husky and two Bengal cats. Jamie enjoys sports of all sorts, including playing and watching basketball, soccer, and boxing.
