A seasoned logistics professional, Carly brings deep expertise in load management protocols, carrier onboarding standards, and risk mitigation practices that protect both company performance and customer trust. She is known for transforming complex compliance and operational challenges into clear, actionable frameworks that strengthen accountability and drive measurable results.
Throughout her career, Carly has led claims and risk teams through meaningful operational change, emphasizing education, consistency, and leadership development. In her personal time, Carly is a Wife to Chris Eastwood, Mom to 4 amazing women and Nana to 8 grandchildren. She is the reigning Classic Miss Texas United Crown of America as well as UCA’s National Ambassador. Carly also serves as the reigning Ms. Bay City, Tx Corporate America and is active in her platform “A Light Beyond the Shadows” which advocates for mental health awareness, domestic violence prevention and autism awareness and acceptance.
