Mike focuses his practice on civil litigation, with an emphasis on medical malpractice and professional liability defense, as well as complex litigation and civil rights 1983 actions. A seasoned and successful litigator, Mike is respected for trying difficult cases and is often on trial.

His philosophy of representation includes counseling on best practices to avoid litigation altogether, including improving communication and record keeping.
