Henrietta Hinojosa

Biography

Henrietta Hinojosa, Senior Vice President of claims with National Claim Services LLC, has over 20 years experience in the insurance industry. In her current role, her responsibilities include oversight and management of commercial general liability claims with specialization in construction defect claims.  As part of oversight and management, Mrs. Hinojosa  develops and implements best practices for claims handling. In addition to oversight and management duties, Mrs. Hinojosa negotiates and manages of relationships with carriers, sister companies, vendors and other partners. She earned her Bachelors of Business Administration with focus in Risk Management and Insurance from the University of Georgia. She has also earned her Associate in Claims designation. Prior to joining National Claim Services, Mrs. Hinojosa  handled general liability claims involving construction defect, long term exposure including FEMA Trailer & Chinese Drywall, and New York Labor Law for the ACE Group of Companies.
