Biography

Mitzy G. Fryer is a partner in the Nashville office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Ms. Fryer’s practice has focused on insurance defense litigation, coverage matters, and general liability since commencing private practice in 2006. Her practice involves resolving complex and critical disputes in the defense of physicians and hospitals in medical practice claims and encompasses nursing home defense, assisted living facilities, and claims involving injury, negligence, product liability, employment-related claims including employment discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful termination. Her practice is also emphasized in the areas of motor vehicle negligence, premises liability, negligent security, misconduct, and wrongful death matters. Ms. Fryer maintains an active federal and state practice in Tennessee and Oklahoma, representing clients in disputes across numerous industries. Prior to joining QPWB, Ms. Fryer was claims counsel with a leading provider of personal automobile insurance.
