Biography
J. Dennis Madea is Vice President – Umbrella/Excess Casualty & Specialty for ACE North American Claims and its predecessor companies, where he has worked since 1981. His office is in the Atlanta area. He has served as Team Leader or Casualty Manager over umbrella/excess, Environmental Impairment Liability (EIL), Long Term Exposure, transportation, premises general liability, products liability and umbrella claims. He has also served as Vice President, Regulatory Compliance within the Legal Department. Prior to this he was an adjuster at Allstate Insurance Company and Safeco. He has also served as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association. He is a retired Lieutenant Colonel, Infantry, USAR. He has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Scranton, and a law degree from Woodrow Wilson College of Law.
