Given his trial experience, P.K. is routinely retained to defend clients in complex cases with potential catastrophic exposure. P.K. is frequently called upon by clients across this country during pre-trial and trial phases to assist with evaluating, assessing, and mitigating damages in multi-million dollar liability exposure cases.

He has worked closely with internationally and nationally recognized expert witnesses in a variety of specialties to help formulate strategies and defenses relating to standards of care, causation, and damages in complex medical negligence cases. With his proven history of litigation success, P.K. has earned the reputation as a top, go-to medical malpractice defense attorney.
