Rebecca (Toby) Fowler manages a team of claim professionals at National Claim Services, focusing on Construction Defect claims. Toby has worked in many areas of the claims industry including brokers, self-insured claims in the casino industry and with several carriers such as Travelers, Zurich, AIG, Colony and QBE.
