Biography
Tina Zink Pernie serves as head of strategic partnerships of North American Risk Services. In this role, she is responsible for providing vision and direction of service relationships, partnerships and product development.
Before joining NARS in 2021, Tina served as chief operating officer (COO) of the CLM. In this role, she was responsible for overall operational efficiency, strategic vision implementation, talent acquisition and empowerment, as well as IT innovation and implementation.
Prior to 2014, Tina served as Claim Manager; Litigation & Vendor Management for Arrowpoint Capital, overseeing and directing claims professionals, vendors, and defense attorney contracts and billing. From 2000 to 2007, she held various positions at Arrowpoint Capital, including management of the legal bill review division, where she maximized legal bill savings and law firm compliance through the application of litigation management billing guidelines and according to all company state, and federal regulations and practices.
Tina graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and earned the dual degree Master of Business Administration/Master of Science in Leadership (MBA/MSL) from Pfeiffer University in North Carolina.
