Kevin Diggins

Biography

Kevin is a Sr. Claim Examiner for American European Insurance Group with over twenty-five years of emphasis experience handling contractual liability, Specialty CGL and Construction Defect complex litigation currently servicing construction exposures in Northern New Jersey and New York City.  He is a Business Management graduate of Widener University. His handles liability matters in multiple jurisdictions in the US and Canada and has a lengthy background in field adjustment of Commercial Property, CGL Specialty, and Equipment Breakdown Reinsurance claims with a particular focus on construction related worksite injury and commercial property exposures. Kevin was a staff, independent and third party adjuster. He served as a training coordinator focusing on prompt investigation and claim development with an emphasis on risk transfer and subrogation development.   Kevin obtained CIC, AIC and SCLA designations.
