Kim Stafford

Biography

A seasoned insurance professional with over 25 years of experience, Kim is a Louisiana native and graduate of Baylor University who has called the Phoenix metro area home since 2020. Her extensive career includes a significant tenure at Farmers Insurance, where she held leadership roles in subrogation, information technology, and property claims. Currently, she is proud to lead subrogation efforts for USAA and its military community. In this role she oversees both inbound and outbound processes, including litigation management. Kim is a recognized industry speaker, having presented at over a dozen conferences on critical topics such as auto & property subrogation, artificial intelligence, third-party supplier management, and leadership.
