Biography
Desiree Acevedo serves as Supervisor of General Liability for Sprouts Farmers Market, overseeing the resolution of all general liability claims and litigation submitted from the chain’s 407+ stores throughout the nation. She also supervises the company’s third-party administrator, in the management of each claim. She joined the Sprouts home office in October 2015 as a general liability claims analyst. Drawing upon her more than 10 years’ experience in retail management, she established a program that employs a customer service-oriented approach in response to each claim and minimizes the risk of litigation. The program ensures every claim receives a personalized response and ongoing dialogue with a member of Sprouts’ general liability team – making every customer feel heard and valued while the claim is resolved.
