Biography
Steven A. Weiner holds an undergraduate degree in chemistry. He is a former Assistant County Prosecutor and Acting Special Deputy Attorney General. With over 30 years of experience in the Courts of New Jersey and New York, Mr. Weiner is a recognized and respected litigator. He maintains an active litigation practice in product liability, toxic tort, environmental and maritime matters and has represented corporate clients in the courts of New Jersey, New York and West Virginia.
Steve, who is also a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), is a former Director of Litigation with Home Insurance Company; a home office claims position where he had responsibility for management of the Company’s litigation in the northeast United States. He is a member of the state and federal bars in New Jersey, New York and Washington D.C. and is a retired Captain, U.S. Naval Reserve and a former member of the District Ethics Committee.
