Biography

Kelly Hopper Moore is a claims leader who manages the Claims Department for the State of Oregon, which handles multi-line claims for over 100 State agencies. She has served in positions as a Senior Director of Claims, Litigation Manager, and Home Office analyst. She has handled and managed multi-line claims in all 50 venues, both commercial and personal lines, including excess and surplus. She has led claims departments and teams both in the field and within corporate offices.    She has participated in CLM via conference presentations, claims college faculty and school executive council, ADR committee co-chair, and article authorship. She is past president of the PNW Chapter of CPCU.
