Biography

Jeremy Gittler is Global Head of Claims at Resilience, leading cyber risk solutions company and cyber MGA.
Jeremy leads Resilience’s in-house claims team, which is an integral part of the MGA’s cyber risk management solutions, sharing data and intelligence that benefit clients and lead to policy enhancements. Through expert, responsive and proactive claims service, the team enables Resilience clients to mitigate risks and improve their resilience to cyber threats.

What makes the claims team at Resilience unique is its integration with the Resilience Risk Operations Center (ROC). The ROC provides real-time threat intelligence, incident tracking, and portfolio-wide vulnerability mapping, giving the claims team immediate context about potential exposures across the insured base. This lets the team assist before, during and after incidents — reducing response times and future losses. This unmatched fusion of claims and threat intelligence capabilities differentiates Resilience from competitors.

Before joining Resilience in 2024, Jeremy Gittler held underwriting and claims leadership positions at global commercial insurance provider AXA XL, where he launched and built its Cyber Claims team. Earlier in his career, he handled complex cyber and technology claims at AIG and worked as a litigation attorney at a large law firm in New York. Gittler holds a law degree from Cardozo School of Law.
