Biography
As Associate Vice President of Sales for Paradigm, Jim Frerking develops and manages ongoing customer relationships ensuring positive relations with a wide range of insurance companies, self insured employers, and claims administrators. He has worked in the workers’ compensation risk management field for more than 28 years, with a focus on business development and sales management. Before coming to Paradigm, Jim served as a Client Advocate at Willis Towers Watson, managing large, multi state, and multi national clients. Jim started his career at Liberty Mutual, where he held multiple positions including Regional Sales Manager for Commercial Accounts and Account Executive for the National Insurance group. Jim earned his BS in Engineering Management from Missouri University of Science & Technology, and holds an Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation.
