Biography
Ms. Garrett received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the City College of New York in 1990. She was an emergency department nurse for several years prior to attending law school at Roger Williams University School of Law, from which she graduated in 2004. Ms. Garrett is admitted to the state and federal bars of Rhode Island and Massachusetts. She practiced law in Rhode Island, and is currently employed at ProAssurance in Birmingham, Alabama.
