Biography
Scott Barabash is a Vice President – Professional Liability Claims at Aspen Insurance where he currently overseas their Lawyers and Accountants Claims programs. He has over 15 years of industry experience including 10 years of experience handling and supervising a variety of professional liability claims including: lawyers, real estate professionals, accountants, consultants, title agents, public entities, other miscellaneous professionals, and cyber/privacy liability breaches. Prior to joining Aspen, Mr. Barabash was Professional Programs claims team manager at Zurich American Insurance Company. Mr. Barabash is an attorney admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey. He is a licensed adjuster in 22 states. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Stonybrook. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from Brooklyn Law School.
