Biography
Spending nearly her entire legal career in the property subrogation space, Ms. Noma is both passionate about, and deeply experienced in California specific subrogation issues. She has litigated catastrophic water and fire losses on behalf of the largest property insurers throughout the state of California.
Ms. Noma is well respected for her ability to not only providing creating legal analysis but also providing clients with insurance specific considerations related to bad faith, coverage and public relations considerations in litigation.
As a self-professed “Subro Nerd” she is passionate about working with clients to ensure there is a strong subrogation focused culture within client teams. She graduated Order of the Barristers from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. In her spare time, Ms. Noma is an active volunteer with various causes related to improving lives in her native Oakland, California community.
