Since joining J.S. Held in 2013, Keegan Petty has worked on some of the largest property & builders risk claims handled by the company, including the World Trade Center claims following Hurricane Sandy, and the Seattle Tunnel Project. Keegan has worked on claims all over the world, from Japan, Guam, New York to Hawaii, and many other states around the country. His work consists primarily of builder’s risk claims, delay claim analysis, onsite damage assessments, site monitoring, repair estimate development, and litigation support.

Keegan’s construction career spans more than 10 years, working as both an estimator and project manager for a large commercial contractor in the Seattle area, Bayley Construction. His onsite project management experience includes projects ranging from $800,000 up to $68 million, with background in estimating, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, day-to-day operations, and more. Ultimately, Keegan’s educational background in one of the top Construction Management programs in the country has prepared him to take on many intricate and complex assignments, ranging from heavy civil to large scale electrical estimating.
