Biography
I have been with Markel for over seven years and in that time I have held a number of positions managing teams in the Casualty Claims department. I currently oversee twelve claims teams staffed with nearly 70 Specialists. These teams handle all types of general liability, construction/construction defect, and products liability claims. Prior to joining Markel I was in private practice for over sixteen years handling a wide range of first and third party litigation in Texas. I have had had the good fortune to work with some tremendously talented people in the insurance industry, and my best days are those where I can add value to the company in some way and help develop the skillsets of those around me.
