Lori Ilgenfritz

Biography

Lori Ilgenfritz, Director, Client Services and Transportation Practice Lead at Gallagher Bassett is responsible for workers’ compensation best practices and managing key transportation accounts.  

In her role as Director, Client Services, she serves as the single point of contact for clients. She has a thorough understanding of both clients’ and Gallagher Bassett’s operations which allow her to influence and advocate change if necessary.  In addition, her significant knowledge of Gallagher Bassett’s products, services, system capabilities, and risk management, Lori is able to serve as an extension of clients’ risk management departments.  She enjoys using data analytics to identify trends and recommend enhancements for a positive impact to the client’s program.

Prior to joining the Gallagher Bassett team, Lori was employed with YRC Worldwide, the holding company of freight shipping brands YRC Freight, New Penn, Holland and Reddaway. Lori was with YRC for over 30 years where she held multiple positions in operations and risk management driving efficiencies and mitigating exposures. 

Lori’s designations include Associate in Risk Management Program (ARM), Associate in Claims Program (AIC), and has received Six Sigma Black Belt training.  She holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Management from Millersville University.
