Biography

Efficient, effective, and proactive are how clients often describe Jason Lowe. A Senior Associate in the Subrogation department, Jason’s experiences encompasses construction defect litigation, products liability, and material failures. He has handled losses involving larger scale industrial events, as well as homeowner losses.  Some examples of substantial recoveries include: a loss involving the improper design and construction of a retaining wall, which ultimately led to the destruction of a Church; and a loss involving poor construction workmanship, which resulted in a complete roof collapse. Jason has handled cases throughout the United States including, but not limited to: Florida, Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Maryland, Oklahoma, Ohio, Tennessee, and Texas.

Jason understands that a clear and well-reasoned strategy, as well as timely communication is essential to a successful recovery.  His years of playing baseball and football, coupled with his coaching and refereeing experience, taught him how to think on his feet as a leader on the field. Using this teamwork mentality, Jason’s straightforward assessment of the case, paired with his step-by-step guidance leaves his clients feeling confident and a true member of the team.

A dynamic speaker, Jason’s presentation on “Commercial Time Element: Common Pitfalls” engaged the audience at the Property & Liability Resource Bureau’s (PLRB) Western, Central, and Eastern Regional conferences. He also enjoys writing blogs on various Subrogation topics and was published in the National Association of Subrogation Professional’s (NASP) magazine, Subrogator.
