Biography
Sonya Goykhman serves as corporate counsel in the Litigation group for Starbucks Coffee Company. In her role, Sonya oversees and manages general liability, commercial, real estate, discrimination, and ADA litigation for retail stores in the Americas, provides legal advice and counsel to internal clients, and works with cross-functional teams in order to reduce risk and elevate the Starbucks global brand. Sonya is committed to diversity and inclusion and has served on the Diversity & Inclusion Committee for the Law & Corporate Affairs department at Starbucks. Prior to joining Starbucks, Sonya worked as a civil litigator, where she managed the defense of cases from inception through trial and resolution.
