Biography
Michael A. Montgomery is a Partner in the firm’s Mobile, Alabama, office. He practices in the areas of construction law, liability defense, and property/casualty coverage. Mr. Montgomery graduated from Auburn University, magna cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and received his Law Degree from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. A native of Huntsville, Alabama, Mr. Montgomery is licensed to practice in both Alabama and Florida, as well the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Alabama, and the Northern District of Florida. He is also licensed to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Mr. Montgomery is an active member of The CLM, having published articles CLM publications and also having spoken several times at CLM events, including the Construction and Retail, Restaurant and Hospitality annual events.
