Biography
In 1983 I went to work for an insurance carrier in Atlanta, GA. I moved from the accounting department to claim department after graduating from Crawford & Company claim school. Since then I have worked for several major insurers and have handled a wide variety of claims. For the past 13 years I have worked for FCCI Insurance Group handling primarily construction defect claims in the southeast area.
