Biography
Jeff Anderson worked as a design architect for new, ground up construction in the Denver and Colorado area from 1995 until 2010. During this time, Jeff lead the design team for various structure types constructed over native, and oftentimes, expansive subsoils. Since 2010, Jeff’s practice fucuses on the forensic evaluation of existing structures, mostly involving construction defect litigation analysis, report writing, and testimony. Jeff’s expertise includes grading and drainage around foundations, backfill and subsoil analysis, building envelopes, windows and doors, and roofs.
