Biography
Stephanie Neuenfeldt is a Regional Workers’ Compensation Director with EMC Insurance. She resides in Mukwonago, Wisconsin and has 15 years of diverse experience within the insurance industry. Stephanie is focused on bringing engagement and excitement to the claim profession and developing new talent. She is passionate about education as well as giving back both to the insurance industry and the community. Stephanie brings her passion and creativity to her role as a Workers’ Compensation Board Member for CLM, CPCU and Wisconsin Work Comp Forum. She is also the Wisconsin Ambassador for the Alliance of Women in Workers’ Compensation and United Way of Southeastern Wisconsin and Waukesha County. When Stephanie’s not working and connecting with others in the industry, she enjoys spending time with her family watching her kids play sports, riding horses and reading books.
