Biography
Veronica Czuchna is Senior Litigation Counsel at AmeriTrust Group Inc., where she advises on coverage and oversees coverage litigation. Veronica has spent the majority of her 33-year professional career concentrating on insurance coverage and bad faith litigation under an array of property and casualty insurance policies, both in private practice and as in-house counsel. She is a past Chair of the State Bar of Texas Insurance Law Section and a former member of the Board of Trustees of the State Bar of Texas Insurance Trust. Veronica received her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law and her A.B. from Princeton University. She is licensed by the State Bar of Texas and holds an All Lines License from the Texas Department of Insurance.
