Biography
Brian Margolies is a partner in the insurance coverage group. His practice is devoted exclusively to insurance-related matters, primarily involving pollution, professional and general liability policies. He regularly counsels insurance carriers on coverage, regulatory and bad faith issues, and has represented clients in coverage litigation throughout the country.
Brian is a frequent lecturer at national conferences and author in various publications. In addition, Brian is a member of the IRMI CGL Reporter Editorial Board and a frequent blogger on insurance coverage matters. He was recognized by JD Supra in the 2019 Readers Choice Awards.
