Eileen Fay

Biography

As Vice President of Claims Professional Development Eileen Voegele's responsibilities include leading the strategy for Training and Development for Chubb North American Claims. Specifically, in conjunction with Chubb’s corporate L&D group, Eileen is responsible for developing trainings to address ACE/Chubb integration related needs as they arise, a New Hire Training program and a Training Curriculum for Claims career paths. With respect to Professional Development, Eileen supports various Professional Development initiatives throughout Chubb North American Claims. Eileen is also responsible for oversight of the Adjuster Licensing program.

In previous roles with legacy ACE, Eileen served as Vice President of the Fast Track and Public Entity Teams in Primary Casualty. In those roles she managed two teams who triaged claims and handled severity and high frequency claims. Prior to that role, Eileen served as an Assistant Vice President in ACE Group Claims where her responsibilities included reporting to Executive Management on large losses and catastrophe exposures. When Eileen first joined ACE she was a claims specialist concentrating her work on handling high severity claims nationwide.

Prior to joining ACE in 2004, Eileen worked as an attorney in private practice and as a judicial law clerk. Eileen holds a J.D. from Villanova University and a B.A. in Political Science from St. Joseph’s University. She is admitted to the bar in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
