Biography

Carolyn Eldracher is the National Client Service Manager for Tokio Marine America. She is coordinates client service aspects of claims relationships with key customers. She also assists in staff training and marketing of new business and new claims products to clients and potential clients.

Prior to joining Tokio Marine, Carolyn was a claims consultant for USI Insurance Services in West Orange, NJ and spent twenty years with AIG as an adjuster, underwriting manager, and Client Service Manager.

Carolyn is the CLM Regional Chair for Region 3, Chapter President for Northern New Jersey, and faculty member at Claims College. She holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Claims (AIC) designations. She received her bachelor’s degree from Randolph-Macon Woman’s College in Lynchburg, VA.
