I am an Independent trained and certified mediator specializing in Insurance and business disputes.(Completed forty hours of mediation training in accordance with M.G.L. ch.233 § 23C with MWI in Boston, MA.) and Seasoned Legal Professional /Experienced Legal Bill Auditor with expertise in assessing the reasonableness of legal defense costs in complex, MDL claims. Outstanding colleague/customer service skills. Strong analytical, negotiating, and communication skills which facilitate success in containing litigation expenses from both defense firms and third party legal defense vendors.
