Biography
Ms. Dunn joined FIGUR8 in June of 2023 to lead their sales efforts with large insurance carriers and employers. FIGUR8 puts cutting-edge technology into the hands of the physical therapist. Our proprietary bioMotion Assessment Platform delivers first of its kind objective data around range of motion, endurance and recovery from muscloskeletal injury.
Melissa Dunn previously served as CSO of Paradigm’s Catastrophic Care Management division. She was responsible for leading the division's sales and client services team, and for developing and implementing effective market strategies. Melissa brings more than 30 years of industry experience in insurance, workers' compensation claims and third-party administration, specialized managed care with organizations including Liberty Mutual / Helmsman, Travelers, myMatrixx, McDonald's Corporation, Ford Motor Companies, and Specialty Risk Services (a TPA and former subsidiary of The Hartford).
Melissa has been heavily engaged in operations, sales and account management, strategy, marketing, client, broker and prospect relations throughout her career. She holds ARM and AIC designations and earned her Bachelor of Arts from Baldwin-Wallace University in Berea, Ohio. She currently resides near Chicago, Illinois.
