Biography
I am a risk/Insurance professional with more than 25 years of experience in both property and casualty claims, and more than 15 years in management. I am self-motivated and results-driven with a proven track record of being able to effectively take on new challenges. I credit my outstanding customer service and "people" skills as well as my critical thinking/analysis and problem solving skills to my tenure as a claims manager. I learn quickly and adapt well to new experiences. Relationship building and maintenance are strengths. I am at ease interacting with customers, vendors, co-workers, company leadership, attorneys, judges and anyone with whom I come in contact. When not working, you can find me enjoying the local bicycle trails, volunteering, beating my latest record on the step-master, finding the best deals at the outlets or dreaming of which Caribbean island to check off the bucket list next.
