Biography
Dee Foreman is currently a Litigation Management Specialist for USLI, a Berkshire Hathaway company. USLI is A++ rated and underwrites specialty insurance products for small businesses across the country.
Dee’s background includes 29 years of insurance claims experience across multiple lines of business to include managing various complex workers compensation, general liability and professional liability claims. In her role as Litigation Management Specialist Dee is responsible for the selection, appointment, evaluation and oversight of high-quality and cost-effective defense counsel for all venues and jurisdictions nationwide. She is also responsible for developing internal processes and procedures to create a climate for the claim professionals and attorneys to jointly strategize with the ultimate goal of sound claim resolutions.
