Biography
Killian is a trial lawyer who handles pre-suit matters and active litigation in Missouri, Illinois and Kansas. Though she regularly represents clients in high-dollar litigation involving multiple claimants, she is equally successful in representing mom-and-pop businesses. While Killian has been successful in obtaining favorable settlements for her clients through negotiations, she is no stranger to going down every avenue to prepare a matter for trial. She focuses her practice on insurance defense, transportation, premises liability, and large property loss claims. Killian currently serves as a Missouri Bar Young Lawyers Representative for District 9 and on the young lawyers committee for DRI.
Killian has been recognized by Best Lawyers – Ones to Watch since 2023, a Super Lawyer – Rising Star sine 2021, and was recognized by Missouri Lawyers Weekly as an Up and Coming attorney in 2024.
