Biography
Following college, Samantha attended New York Law School and received a Juris Doctor, magna cum laude and served as an editor of the New York Law School Law Review. After six years of practicing as an attorney in insurance defense, insurance coverage and bankruptcy litigation, Samantha transitioned to a claims career at Zurich NA where she managed environmental claims for two years. Samantha joined Berkley Specialty Underwriting Managers as claims attorney in July 2011. She is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, the District Court for the State of New Jersey and the Eastern, Southern and Northern Districts of New York and is licensed as an insurance adjuster in fifteen (15) states.
