Biography
Eileen Jenkins is an expert witness and consultant.
In her thirty year career, Ms. Jenkins has held roles as in-house corporate counsel and claim legal counsel, as well as roles as a claim adjuster, supervisor, manager and officer. She has an expertise in insurance good faith, coverage and complex claims. Her experience spans all lines of property and casualty business, including general and professional liability, surety, directors’ and officers’ liability, workers compensation and excess/umbrella. She has worked for both standard lines and excess and surplus lines carriers. She has authored numerous guidelines, adopted as standards for her companies, including Best Practices, Best Practices for Investigation, Litigation Management Guidelines and Coverage Template Letters. Ms. Jenkins is a frequent industry speaker.
