Biography

Jessica Johns is a highly accomplished Senior Director at Westchester, a Chubb Company, where she has excelled in managing complex and excess casualty claims 2021. With a focus on high-stakes liability claims in sectors such as railroad, oil and gas, and gig economy, Jessica oversees an extensive inventory of active high value and high stakes claims. Her expertise in navigating intricate coverage issues and her proficiency in negotiation have consistently led to outstanding outcomes. She handles claims nationwide and is committed to promoting women's leadership within the industry through her involvement in organizations like APIW, & Women’s Leadership Summit.
 
Previously, Jessica held key positions at Travelers Insurance, where she led a team of adjusters specializing in transportation liability claims and played a crucial role in mentoring and developing future leaders in the industry. Her ability to foster collaboration and communication among internal and external partners has been instrumental in aligning project goals and streamlining processes.
 
A graduate of the University of Georgia, Jessica is also an active member of her community, serving as President of the Forsyth Chapter of the UGA Alumni Association, volunteering with the local Humane Society and mentoring young professionals entering the business arena.
 
Jessica combines her in-depth industry knowledge with a passion for mentorship and leadership development, making her a respected figure in the claims and insurance landscape.
 
In her spare time, Jessica enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and four pets, which she affectionately refers to as a “small zoo”.
