Kathie is a key member of the ORCPG Claims management team, with extensive construction claim experience. She has overall responsibility which focuses on claim account management and claim service to our clients.  Since ORCPG utilizes vendor services for the day- to- day adjusting of claims, her experience as a TPA Auto/GL Claim Manager and overseeing TPA’s while with GE is valuable and beneficial for our clients.
