Biography
Issy Bustamante is Vice President and Construction Claims Team Leader with Willis’ New York Construction Practice. Issy is responsible for a team of dedicated Claims Consultants. Together they compromise the largest specialized claims team within Willis; solely dedicated to New York construction clients and the management of their claim portfolios.Prior to the role of Construction Claims Team Leader, Issy served as a Senior Claims Consultant for Willis from 2012 – 2014 where she provided consultative services to clients by working hand in hand with Willis’ loss control and safety consultants to create tailored programs for new and existing traditional and wrap up projects. Issy has a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the Frank G. Zarb School of Business at Hofstra University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Finance from CUNY Queens College.
